Our Services

Kerin Jarvis

Founder of Behind the Boots
Kerin Jarvis has a 20 year career in Administration, Human Resources, and Work Health & Safety. In the 90’s, as a fresh faced 19 year old, she completed an Administration Traineeship at a Financial Management firm that took great care in teaching her “Best Practice”.

After working for Multiplex and Waterways Constructions as a Site Secretary and Development Hostess, she moved into the Public Service. In the 14 years she worked for WorkCover NSW, then Department of Defence, Kerin gained extensive experience in Payroll, Work Health & Safety, Human Resources, Administration, Leadership, Wellness programs, events coordination, procurement, budgeting, facilitation, writing procedures, interpreting legislation & policy, relationship/stakeholder engagement, and management.

In 2016, Kerin left the public service to successfully build an Air Conditioning & Electrical business from inception, to achieving annual turnover of more than $700,000. Then in 2019, she sold her share of this business.

In January 2020, with her knowledge and passion for all things related to the construction industry, Kerin launched Behind the Boots to provide administration and business management support to Tradies, and ultimately grow their businesses to greater success.

Del Paras

Admin Assistant
Del joined Behind the Boots in September 2024 and plays a key role in supporting our clients with their day-to-day admin needs. She manages social media content across client accounts, bringing creativity, consistency, and attention to detail to every post.

Alongside social media management, Del assists with a range of administrative tasks that help keep client operations running smoothly. Her creative approach, reliability, and willingness to support wherever needed make her a valued part of the Behind the Boots team.

Earl Paras

Technical & Systems Support
Earl has been with Behind the Boots since May 2022, supporting both the internal team and our clients with all things technical. He works closely with systems and processes, developing custom forms and templates in ServiceM8 and Xero, streamlining workflows, cleaning up Gmail and Google Drive structures, and implementing automations that save time and reduce admin load.

Earl also brings strong creative skills to the team, producing promotional videos, graphic design, and photo editing to support client marketing and internal projects. Known for his “can-do” attitude, he thrives on challenging tasks and enjoys finding innovative ways to use technology to improve efficiency and outcomes for our clients.
