I encourage and coach them in this process, and work with other providers to get them on track to their goals. When they reach a point that their team is growing, their workload is growing, and the admin is almost enough for a full time person, I recruit a Full Time Office Manager for them, and then I train them to be the best support they can be. I have a proven training schedule that gives a Trade Administrator everything they need to succeed. It feels amazing to know that I am empowering administrators to take great care of my amazing clients. Then, I always stick around as a bookkeeper, and provide regular support to the Office Manager. All they need to do is book a phone call and I'm there to answer questions. It's one of the most rewarding parts of my business. If you use ServiceM8 as your Job Management System, you can buy our forms on the Form Store, or ask us about customised forms that are specifically designed for your business. We designed a few recently that are available on the form store in ServiceM8: Test and Tag Inspection form: This is designed for Electrical Companies that complete Testing and Tagging in large premises. Your technicians simply open the form in the job card, and click through the questions for each appliance or cord. At the end of the report, they can sign it with their finger, and then produce a PDF report with one click. Smoke alarm inspections: We designed this one for Electrical Companies that complete servicing on Smoke Alarms in large buildings.
